I don’t know about you, but the busyness of fall has already started for us– cross county practice, youth theater classes, swim lessons, youth group, Lego Robotics practice. Oy! I know that slow cooker meals are a life-saver on those days when I’m not home for a while before we need to eat dinner. Today I’m happy to share a 31 Day Slow Cooker Challenge and Instant Pot giveaway with you.
Many times slow cooker meals end up mushy and my family doesn’t like them, but here are a few of my favorite slow cooker meals that they do love:
My friend Amy is starting a 31 Day Slow Cooker Challenge. I just entered it and am looking forward to getting some new meal ideas. I’m also taking a look at the Instant Pot, because (to tell you the truth), I’ve never heard of them before. Instant Pots are amazing because you can use them as a slow cooker, a pressure cooker, a rice cooker, a warmer, a yogurt maker, and more!
Slow Cooking is a fabulous way to handle the Back-To-School mayhem and it just makes life easier.
